At Winter Mail Club, every item is carefully designed, packed, and prepared in small batches. Because of the nature of these products, all sales are final.
Refunds
- We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.
- Subscription payments are non-refundable.
- Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or delayed deliveries caused by postal services.
Exchanges
- We do not offer exchanges on any products.
Lost or Missing Orders
- If you have not received your order within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we'll do our best to help investigate the issue.
